To succeed on the outside, start with the inside – that’s why Cramo invited 1200 co-workers to activate a deeper engagement in the company values and new customer promises. The resulting big “Wall of agreements” became a manifesto of the burning dedication created by the event.
Through depots across the country, Cramo rents out machines, building equipment and modular spaces. The main goal of the Kick-off 2014 was to increase knowledge of the company’s values, but most of all to understand, accept and deliver on three completely new customer promises.
During two days, 1200 participants gathered in a special-built experience world constructed in one of the hangars of Arlanda airport, Sweden. Through stations with different workshops and role-plays, the employees were activated. Later in the evening they took part of the premiere of the new hard rock influenced Cramo song were the company values and customer promises were included in the lyrics. To confirm their engagement, everyone present got to sign the “Wall of agreements” with their thumbprint.
The event created a significant increase in the knowledge of values and client promises, coupled with new follow-up tools, and a greater understanding of how to collaborate across regions. The project was nominated in the category for “Internal event of the year” in the Swedish branch contest “Gyllene Hjulet”.
