Once a year, Thomas Cook gathers all Nordic collaborators to share product news, knowledge on new destinations, flight classifications and innovation projects with a direct bearing on its customers. To create a whole new format for the conference, we introduced Creating Stories – a concept to carry the experience, and permeate all communication before, during, and after the event. The pedagogical concept built on learning as a group, mixed with elements of competition, scored high in content, creativity, engagement and networking to reach new levels of learning during the conference.
