In order to maximize reach, we decided to broadcast the employer branding event online. A professional TV-personality acted as a moderator and guided the viewers throughout the broadcast. As a grand finale we produced an award show where attractive employers in Sweden were nominated.
The digital version of this acclaimed employer branding event gained a lot of traction in media and helped the client to get the word out about their report and their offer. The new, digital, format reached a bigger audience than ever before and will surely be part of the client’s strategy in the future.
