When the highest-ranking management of Coor meets once a year, it’s an important platform for influence and inspiration. With measures pointing at diminished engagement levels among the 5 000 co-workers spread out across the Nordic countries, something needed to be done.
The solution was to focus on, and help the management strengthen communication by pointing at Coor’s achievements in various CR and CSR projects. The theme “Passion for people” was brought forward to show the importance of the co-workers, how to heighten their engagement and strengthen internal communication. Part of this consisted in launching the app “People at Coor” where management and co-workers can communicate in a way that wasn’t possible before.
The event created a huge impact among the participants, now emphasising the importance of meetings, inspiration and networking, finding and rebuilding their engagement and their role in society.
