Kick Off 2019

Client: Svensk Fastighetsförmedling

For the fourth consecutive year, we conceptualised and communicated the yearly kick off for Svensk Fastighetsförmedling. A turbulent year with a weak market led to a theme of cost-efficiency under the concept “Skarpt läge”, with the goal to attract as many employees as possible to participate.

The concept was everywhere in everything from logo, design and communication. We put a firm focus on communicating the difficult market situation and offer tools to be the best, all with a touch of humour. Host and moderator David Sundin gave the sometimes-harsh messages a lighter touch. The kick-off offered the tools for everyone to raise their confidence and feel a sense of security from being part of something bigger. In the end, we gathered 810 employees, enough to max out on the attendance number for the event.
