New every year

Every year, SBAB gathers all their employees at their annual meeting “SBAB-dagen” to inspire and communicate company values and business strategy. Since the event takes place on a yearly basis, our challenge has been to renew the concept and refine the content for every year. To combine our solutions with a “can’t miss” feeling for those who attend, without compromising on cost-efficiency in getting the messages across.

A day of contrasts

So we choose to start the day on a workshop-theme with two inspiring key note speakers making innovative use of the latest digital tools to bring home their points and letting the audience walk the walk. We also opted for using two different event locations to separate the day schedule from the evening.

Now everyone had the chance to shake the dust off their conference attire and prepare for an evening of entertainment in a nightclub environment with arcade games, food stations and karaoke. By thoughtfully executing the event, we managed to achieve record numbers of attendance together with an increased awareness of the company’s vision and strategy.
